You are the cheerful and friendly host or hostess,
makes suggestions, pours, taps, shakes & stirs
and arranges everything behind and around the bar.
As a real captain or you make sure everyone feels welcome and is happy with the service and hospitality.
Professional, but enthusiastic, interested and attentive. You are proud of your bar and we can be proud
to you as a bartender!
